We do NOT store login credentials for third-party platforms such as Instagram.
Access to third-party data is granted exclusively via authorization tokens (access tokens) provided through official APIs.

• Provide and operate GhostView
• Authenticate users
• Retrieve analytics data via official third-party APIs using access tokens
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Provide customer support
• Improve platform functionality

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers to operate GhostView:
• Supabase – authentication, database, and user management
• Stripe – payment processing and subscription management
• Hetzner – hosting and server infrastructure
• WeWeb – frontend application framework
• n8n – workflow automation and backend process orchestration
• Meta APIs – access to Instagram account and media analytics via access tokens

GhostView does not store third-party account passwords.
Data access is performed exclusively through secure, revocable access tokens in accordance with the respective platform’s API policies.

Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.

6. Cookies & Tracking

GhostView currently does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising technologies within the web application.

If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before such technologies are activated.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.
